After sending the SMS, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that your subscription has been successfully cancelled. This ensures that your request has been processed without any delays.

Refund Policy

At Mobiplex, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to provide a risk-free streaming experience, allowing you to request refunds under specified conditions.

  • 60-Day Right of Withdrawal: As per Maldives telecommunications regulations, if a fee was charged for this service through Ooredoo for a period of 60 days or less from the date of subscription, you have the right of withdrawal without the need to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty.
  • How to Request Refund: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify our customer care team with a clear, unambiguous statement through email or by following Ooredoo's specific refund procedures as regulated by CAM.
  • Required Information: Ensure that your refund request includes the following essential details:
    • Complete contact information, including your full name, email address, and mobile number
    • Carrier information (Ooredoo) and subscription details, such as the service name and the date of subscription
    • The payment method used for the subscription transaction
  • Processing Timeline: Refunds will be credited according to your carrier's refund mechanism. Once we receive your refund request, we will acknowledge it within 2 business days via email and process your refund within 7–10 business days as per CAM regulations.
  • Carrier Billing Refunds: If you have subscribed via carrier billing through Ooredoo, you may be required to provide banking information to facilitate refund processing through Ooredoo's refund system.
  • CAM Consumer Protection: If you are unsatisfied with the refund process, you can contact CAM consumer support or email consumer@cam.gov.mv for assistance. This refund policy complies with CAM regulations and our terms and conditions, which can be found here: Terms And Conditions
